Why AI Lead Qualification Fails in the First Week (And How to Get It Right)

No leads are slipping. Track everything that comes in during the test window. Every inquiry should have a clear outcome — a response, a handoff, or a logged reason for no action. If anything is falling through without a trace, it will keep falling through in production.
